Clearing Overgrown Property

Tree and brush clearing focuses on removing selected woody growth and vegetation from an overgrown area. We walk the site, identify what should remain, review access, and define the cleanup result before work begins.

  • Unwanted tree removal
  • Brush and woody vegetation clearing
  • Overgrown area cleanup
  • Chipping suitable branches and brush
  • Handling and hauling agreed tree debris
  • Final cleanup of the tree and vegetation work area

Preparing Areas for Future Property Use

Clearing can open an area for a property owner's next project, but our scope is limited to tree, brush, and vegetation work. Anderson Tree Service does not represent this service as excavation, earthwork, grading, or final construction-site preparation.

Tell us the intended future use so we can clearly identify what tree and brush work is included and what falls outside the service.

Debris Processing, Chipping & Hauling

Suitable branches and woody brush can be chipped. Logs, chips, and vegetation are handled according to the estimate, including what will be hauled away or left on the property.

Stumps remain unless below-grade stump grinding is included as a separate part of the scope.

Equipment Access & Site Constraints

Gate width, slopes, soft ground, overhead clearance, structures, fences, landscaping, and the distance to the work area can affect how clearing is performed. We evaluate access before defining the work plan.

What Affects a Land-Clearing Estimate?

  • Size and density of the area
  • Number and size of trees
  • Type and volume of brush or woody vegetation
  • Site and equipment access
  • Nearby structures, fences, and landscaping
  • Chipping and material-handling requirements
  • Haul-away and final cleanup scope
  • Whether stump grinding is included
